Unfortunately, for NS men, there's no such thing as birthday leave, even their own leave they can't just take when they like....their leave is given to them by their sirs, as and when their sirs are in a nice mood!!! until now i can't understand.....then why is it called 'leave'? those 'leaves' are just good mood grands.....
It is thus, because of these good mood grands, i can't celebrate Andy's birthday with him.
Back to the topic, i was on leave yesterday, went to school for enrolment and photo taking, everything ended at about 4 somehing 5pm. Chiong to buy party supplies for use on saturday!
One packet of 25 balloons for $11++? is that standard rate or did i just get scam? Anywayz, i bought them la hahaha plus some hanging stars thingy. Wanted to get a nice "Happy Birthday" banner...but their all so ugly, i spent like half an hour just pacing up and down the shelves....couldn't convince myself to buy any. Their all like boring Ben 10, dinosaurs, Dora kinda banners......so i didn't buy any. Guess i'll buy one if i see a nice one.
Went back and waited all the way to 11.55pm and sent my pre-prepared birthday sms!!!! wahahahahaa....(sent 5 mins earlier cause Andy's time is 5 mins faster) and i hope i'm the first man....i can't stand if i'm not. I think so far, i've always been the first. Yay!
The cake i made....didn't quite make it. Have to think of something else blueberrish to make. How does ribena blueberry jelly sounds?
Oh and a few days ago, Andy and i ... we had a conversation on how big exactly are 21st birthdays? and he said "i don't think it's a big deal, i'm not even celebrating mine!" and i can't help but laugh......"yea right you're not celebrating..." was what i thought! hahaha
